My compliments to the customer service team at Dogtra for their prompt and thorough service on my bird launcher.

Had issues with failing chips during COVID. Nicholas, worked several hours over the phone attempting to correct issues. The third unit works great and we use it daily. BEST customer service I have ever encountered. Thumbs Up for DOGTRA! HAPPY. HAPPY, HAPPY!

I had an original Collar and hand set that I have been very happy with. We obtained a 2nd dog & I wanted to add another collar to it. Dogtra was excellent at suggesting how to add to my original situation & walked me through the pairing of the two. Their response to my email was timely & I they have exceeded my expectations. This is an exceptional product and their employees are there to assist you. I would purchase this product again and highly recommend it!

I have to say that I am truly amazed with the dogtra pathfinder. My whole life I always used tri tronics for my training collars. Then when the GPS tracking system hit the market I always used garmin. I am one that if I use something that works I won't use anything else! A good friend of mine (kodey @ kentucky cooner on YouTube) kept telling me how great of a system the pathfinder was and told me to just give it a chance. After thinking on it quite a bit I came to the conclusion that it must be pretty good because he always used garmin also until he used this. Now he only uses and recommends the dogtra pathfinder. After getting aggervatted at the maps on the garmin I decided to give it a shot myself because I couldn't believe how amazing and clear the maps are on the pathfinder. After getting it and using it to see if it was what he said I was absolutely thankful that he got me to try it. I was honestly blown away! Needless to say I sold my garmin and havnt looked back. I am now very happy to say that I am a firm believer and user of the dogtra pathfinder! Wouldn't recommend anything else for a houndsman. Best decision I ever made. Not only was the maps 10 times better but I live and hunt in some of the steepest and roughest terrain out there. My pathfinder keeps signal on my hounds in the places that the garmin would keep cutting in and out or just lose signal all together. Thank you dogtra for putting such a great system out there for us hunters!

The Dogtra Pathfinder TRX is an awesome product. It takes a few minutes to connect everything, so we start it before we leave the house or a bit before we get to the trailhead, but once it is fired up, it works beautifully. The app works great, the battery lasts all day, and the components have stood up to lots of swimming, rocks, branches, etc. We are very happy with the product

Great training collar! This has made a world of difference in my training of 2 dogs. Although I have 1 that has picked it up very quickly, one is a little more timid and it has been a bit more challenging with her, but overall I am super pleased with this. I, of course, try it on myself first and the level I have it on for the training I don't even feel myself (level10 and 12), so that makes me feel super comfortable about using on my dogs.

The service is amazing! My Dogtra Pathfinder work great even without cell service!

I knew I needed some additional help to control my German Shepherd and Dogtra had the perfect solution. I take my dog on off leash walks/runs everyday and the Dogtra is a great restraint when encountering problem dogs. I'm very happy with my product.
