The best customer service! I suddenly couldn't open the app for Pathfinder 1 so I called customer service. I spoke to Penny first, tried some different things and then called back to give an update. At this time, I spoke with Nick. Both associates were very friendly and seemed genuinely concerned about my issue. Although my issue is not resolved yet, I feel confident they are working diligently and that as soon as it is, I will be notified.

I want to say that Dogtra has the best customer service that I’ve ever dealt with. I train bird dogs, and so I invested in the Arc system which allows me to control a pair of dogs in the field from one remote. I love the system, but I made a rookie operator error and mixed up another charger and my system wouldn’t charge. Blake from Dogtra was very professional and explained how some of their systems require less voltage output to charge different products. He explained that it was a common mistake and what to do to fix it. I came home, did exactly what he said and the problem was resolved! I’m glad to own such a reliable product! Thanks again!

I am happy and grateful to work with the amazing folks at Dogtra. I am an avid hunter, and dog trainer. I compete at AKC events and I am part of two clubs on the West Coast. The Umpqua Valley Retriever Club and the Inland Valley Retriever Cub. After using other e-collars from other companies, I can definitively tell you that Dogtra make the best e-collars on the market. They also provide the best customer service, and work to take care of their customers.

Well, I had some trouble receiving a battery for my 280 NCP. Nick handled the situation fantastically, he was understanding and very apologetic. He corrected everything and sent priority mail immediately. I truly enjoy your products and you have a world-class customer service!!!

Dogtra's customer service is absolutely amazing! A special shout out to Jordan, Blake and Nick!!! They helped me more then words can say with my Efence when it got struck by lightning. Dogtra not only has fantastic customer support, but amazing products as well! I will be a costumer for life! Thank you!!

A year and a half ago I bought an e-collar for my bird dog Mari. I'd never heard of Dogtra before, but decided to risk it anyway. I'm so happy that I did, because this company is AWESOME! I've called customer service twice now and have been treated like royalty both times. Dogtra staff are helpful, attentive and kind. And they like repairing stuff instead of throwing it away and up-selling you! In 2023, that's unheard of. Also, Jordan specifically is a gem and deserves a raise. :-)

We are a family run kennel for 50 plus years ! And recently swapped to Dogtra from Garmin. Not taking nothing away from Garmin. But guys. This dogtra is quick when your hounds life depends on it. Easy to use. Dependable!! Great customer service. We let some of our hounds run loose with the new fencing option on the Dogtra. Keeps them muscled up !!! Not using a run all day they are free to roam. We live in the mountains of east TN so being able to track at maximum distance is a major plus !!! Thank you for a great product !
