Short wait time. Your employee spoke English as a first language and was easy to understand. Jordan was extremely helpful. She listened completely to my problem and then offered solutions. She was very professional and gave me all the information I required in order to have my unit repaired and inspected.

Talked with Blake in customer service, he went through the issue with my collar and decided it needed to be sent in. He also then made sure i got a ups label to return and once it was fixed he sent me the tracking number when it was shipped back! He was great to work with and made it an easy process!

I purchased the Pathfinder II system a little over a year ago. On a recent hunt my collar quit working and wouldn't charge or turn on. I spoke with Blake who informed me that it was a hardware issue with the collar that has since been resolved and they would send me a new system along with instructions to return my defective one. Blake was extremely helpful and courteous assisting me. As someone who has had bad experiences with other companies in the past, it's nice to see that Dogtra is dedicated to providing their customers with top notch service!

I have been a Dogtra user for over 17 years. Recently upgraded to the Pathfinder II. I did have to return it because the unit was too big for my dog so I’m replacing it with the mini. I can’t speak to the functionality of the unit yet, but I can say that Blake in customer service was excellent!!

Just ordered a Pathfinder2 unit with add'l collar to replace my Pathfinder1 system which I have used for years. Worked with Nick and am so pleased with his professionalism and expertise. He seemed genuinely interested in my issues and in helping me find a good solution. I live on 50 acres and use these collars to keep track of my german shepherds. I like the GPS tracking and communication functions of the Pathfinder system and will always have these collars to help protect my beloved GSD's. For many reasons, it is important that GSD's stay on their own property and this system makes it possible for me to make sure they do. Love Pathfinder and appreciate Nick and the great customer service. I am a loyal and dedicated customer!
