Having issues with the Pathfinder 2 mini I called the toll free number only to be greeted warmly by someone who was eager to help. Ruby walked me through a few steps and in only a few moments was able to resolve the problem (which was, of course, my own negligence.) In a world where calling the toll free number gets you to some person who cares so little about your issue and cannot articulate how to help you, calling Dogtra and getting someone who helped quickly and cheerfully was a bright spot. VERY WELL DONE!

No wait when I called. They were polite, explained the process to me, and it was an easy fix. I usually have frustrating experiences when I call customer service for other companies. This was very refreshing. My customer service rep was Tyler. He was very nice.

We started using Dogtra Pathfinder dog GPS collars about 4 years ago. The collars are amazing and the customer service is the best. In the 4 years we have used the GPS collars they have never once failed us. If we has any issues using or understanding a feature the staff at Dogtra was amazing and helped us out. The pathfinder and pathfinder 2 both work so well with our mapping software, it makes it so much easier to keep track on our k9s on searches. I highly recommend either of the pathfinder or pathfinder 2.

As a K9 Search and Rescue handler, I have been using the Dogtra Pathfinder for several years. The collars having a reliable GPS tracking system is critical for both the safety of my dog and the effectiveness of our missions. The Dogtra Pathfinder2 has proven to be a solid choice, providing real-time tracking, a user-friendly interface, and essential features tailored for SAR work. The latest release of the collar is far superior from the previous version with options I wished for. - GPS Tracking for the K9, as well as, upload capability into CalTopo for map coverage for key decision making on call outs - Durability & waterproof!!! I have two working GSDs who are always in the water and the collar has not failed - User Friendly app interface and usage - The new feature for vibration is perfect for my dogs vs just tone and stim - The light on the collar is great for when we are working at night, easy visual for searches The Pathfinder is a team standard, due to ease of use and integration capabilities across platforms. I have not come across a competitive product who meets the criteria we require.

Shout-out to Dogtra's customer support! I mistakenly ordered the wrong model without realizing it until I opened the package. Thankfully, I purchased directly from them. Their support was precisely what I would wish for: I spoke with a live person at HQ who listened, validated my concerns, and guided me through the return process. They even assisted me in finding the right replacement collar. Customer service journeys can be frustrating. I'm thankful to Dogtra for how they handled everything!
