DogtraReviews of dogtra.com

Dogtra products are the best! I had the last collar for over 15 years (a couple of battery replacements, but otherwise worked like a charm. I finally upgraded to a new 1900x. I love the compact design. I lost the antenna the second time I was out in the blind. I contacted Dogtra and told them what happened...sent me a new one right away. They are the best! - Carrie Hodges

Phone call was immediately picked up by Ruby. She was extremely helpful and our conversation was very fluid. I really appreciated how efficiently she gathered and confirmed all of my information. She helped me order some new Arc-X receiver rubber charging port covers (I use the winged contact points and think I was pulling the rubber cover backwards more than what the rubber could withstand after half a year of use). She also helped me start the shipping process for two older smart no-barks that needed sent in for a firmware update and to get an older Arc transmitter in need of repair looked at. I had a lovely experience with all of my questions and needs addressed.

I am already a customer. I called to inquire about a different product to replace a 5.5 year old system that has stopped working as it should. I was working with Shaun who suggested that I send in my collars and remote for evaluation and possible repair. I just sent it in so I don’t have an answer yet but I was impressed and thankful that he went to the trouble of asking questions about what I was trying to achieve and suggested a possible solution at a more economical price. I’m also impressed by their products BTW.

Excellent customer service, Shaun was very helpful and resolved my concern immediately. Thank you Shaun

After somehow losing the transmitter for my 1902S with duck season still open, Dogtra quickly sent me a replacement for its price alone. When I had some trouble programming it (my fault) they quickly responded and walked me through it. Great, prompt service! Don Thomas

I needed my dog’s collar and remote fixed and wasn’t sure that Dogtra could do that. I sent back the remote and the collar they fixed it for under $100(a new one would’ve cost over $390) and sent it back to me very quickly. Then I called to ask for another charger and they said they would get it to me quickly and Wave the shipping fee fees. I think this is pretty fabulous customer service!

The pathfinder 2 came in really fast which was nice. I was about to purchase a hard case to protect it for when I transport or store it, but the good news is, it comes with one! That saves me some extra money which is always great. The GPS works really good and my dog doesn’t throw a fit wearing it. The app is super easy to download and you can turn off the ecollar function which is really nice. That leaves it as just the GPS. The locator light is extremely bright at night for when the dog is running around at night, and the pager function works great as a recall tool. I highly recommend the product as opposed to the garmin which is over double the cost!

The associate answered all of my questions and provided direction to documents for further research. Blake was wonderful, answered my questions with confidence and provided clarity regarding both my dogs using the 2 collar system
