I love the product and it really works, but when a part of it wore out or burned up from I don't know how, they would not replace it. Luckily it didn't cost much, but the whole product cost me a lot, so I thought they should have replaced the part that broke. On that note, I still highly recommend this product cause it works.

Your checkout is poor. I clicked on submit order and it gave NO indication that anything at all had gotten thru to you, So I figured that the order was dropped and so I did it again. I DO NOT WANT TWO OF THESE THINGS IF THAT IS WHAT HAS HAPPENED. If you send me two, I will cancel the CC transaction and wait for you to contact me re: sending one back. How bloody hard would it be to incorporate some feedback? I like the product just fine, but this part has been a hassle. And BTW there doesn't seem to be a way to speak to a human. I wanted to find out of this battery should have begun to fail after only one year, but my attempts to speak to someone were never fruitful. Tighten it up, People. Howard Romero

While I find their products to be second to none, I find it outrageous that they see fit to charge 8-10 bucks to ship a rubber replacement washer or a 15 dollar replacement antenna. Most companys rarely charge shipping anymore let alone these crazy amounts.

Talked to customer service rep about my current system not working well. Asked if new system had same limitation with the range advertised or does the range deteriorate with elevation change and tree cover. She said I never heard of that. Well it’s right in the manual. Overall disappointed in the quality from Doctor. After just over a year two major repairs and now has to buy a new system

Customer service agent was surly, misdirected me, and I wound up purchasing the wrong product. She informed me that my e-collar's warranty would expire at the end of the month but that it would take up to 5 weeks to replace the batteries on the receiver and collar and by that point the collar would be out of warranty and I would have to pay for repairs. This is not helpful. I then asked for the model numbers for the batteries, I received the correct model for the collar and the incorrect model for the receiver. I like the product but the service could use a LOT of help.

Took 3-4 tries to make one purchase as the website constantly keept freezing, kicking me out of checkout. Frustrating, but ended up getting the purchase eventually.

Having already purchased a dogtra "E" collar, I wanted to buy 2 dummy collars, for my German Shepherds. The choice given to me was a small or med size. Confused I called the dogtra help and was told the small size was referring to the model of the E collar. I was instructed to order the small as that would be the one needed. I told the person at the help-line this was very confusing and they should clarify this information.

Dont buy this one,,,,got to be a better option, doesnt work well,,to much time between reset and dog needs to bark continous to make it work....
