My dogtra collar system is awesome and was the biggest asset in training my large breed dog. After 5 years of heavy use I needed a battery replacement, which was easy to find online. When it arrived I had difficulty with the installation and needed some extra help due to faults of my own makin. Shaun went above and beyond to take care of me and get Roscoe and I up and running again. I recommend this collar and company all the time and will continue to do so!

The customer service at Dogtra is amazing. It’s nice to be able to call a customer service number and still be able to get a human. I received the wrong product called in and Shaun was able to correct the issue quickly and get the right product sent out. I highly recommend purchasing from Dogtra.

The team at Dogtra made the repair on my controller so easy! Even though I had purchased an extra from another vendor, when I had an issue, they were more then happy to help me with the repair process. I didn't even have to pay for a shipping label. The Dogtra collar is first rate and so is there team!

Within a day after Dogtra received my collar, they determined what was wrong, fixed it and contacted me to let me know they fixed the collar at no charge! Shaun was great. Shaun in Customer Service was AMAZING to work with. I had placed an order online for the Dogtra ARC-X and 1" contacts for my GSD. I wanted to replace the 3-yr old Dogtra 280C that was starting to lose battery charge. When I placed the order online, I picked the wrong contacts (I picked Female Contacts instead of the Male Contacts that's compatible with the ARC-X). When I realized my mistake a day later, I called Customer Service. Shaun not only canceled my wrong order, but he helped me place a new order with the correct contacts, and he honored the price (which had by now expired). Shaun also made sure my order shipped the same day so I get it the same time I would have gotten my original order. Thank YOU Dogtra for your amazing products, and Thank you Shaun for delivering Top Notch Customer Service that exceeded my expectations.
