We ordered a new transmitter and band for our collar. I initially called before ordering and the worker pointed me in the right direction of what I was needing. Both items arrived right on time. I was a little confused about the set up, being that this is my partner’s ‘usual thing’ but he was at work and I needed help. So I called again and the worker walked me through every step, multiple times, as I was clearly struggling. He was compassionate, clear, & so so helpful. We originally thought we would have to return the whole product for a different model. Turned out I just needed a little assistance. These products are so versatile and we highly recommend as we have used the intial transmitter & collar for over two years for our (very high energy) chocolate lab until I broke it on accident. They have a repair center and great customer service. No automated system which is rare these days. Collar and transmitter were worth every penny, the old one before I broke it and the new one. We recommend these products to anyone, especially fellow shed hunting friends, hunting dogs, and high energy dogs training.
