Nice products, excellent support.

I have owned 3 Dogtra Collars and my only beef is that the batteries have all failed within 2 years time. The last time I shipped and had batteries replaced and shipped back I could have almost purchased a new collar. Next time I'll just purchase the batteries and replace them on my own. Otherwise these are fantastic collars.

Great collars!

It works great. However, the plastic bracket that holds the receiver to the collar needs to be stronger. Mine broke off and I have to use a zip lock to keep it on.

Great service. Needed a new battery for my collar. It was sent but for some reason the post office never delivered it to my work, where it should have been delivered. I'm very busy at work and didn't have the time to go out and get it. I called the people at dogtra and told them about the situation and they sent me a new battery that arrived where it was addressed. The other was sent back to dogtra by the post office. So great service from dogtra. The postal service was to blame. They were awful and the post office never responded to me.
