Prompt service. Very helpful. Instead of trying to sell me a new collar, they suggested new batteries. Did the trick. Thank you!

Not only does Dogtra manufacture excellent dog electronics but after many years of hard use I found a need to have the units repaired. I found the customer service and support excellent to deal with. The units came back repaired at a reasonable cost. Jack in Canada

We have 4 large dogs and we live in the country. With the collars we can take them on long walks leash free. Dogs learn quickly and now they respond to our voices calling them to come. Collars go on in the morning, off at night. The customer service is excellent too.

My German Shepherd Dog wears the Dogtra Arc e-Collar every day, whether she's home resting, out on a walk, riding in the truck or when training in a park or at home. She waits for me to put it on each morning, and sits nicely for me to take it off to recharge it every night before bed. As my trainer put it, she considers it "getting dressed" every day. Rescued at 4 years old, she was very sensitive and attentive to people, but had severe fear aggression toward dogs, at any distance, that we couldn't control. We hired a trainer to help us and after a brief period of other basics, our trainer suggested this particular collar (the Arc in particular for its comfortable curved fit) as my dog's "fastest way to freedom", which it has been! She was so reactive we couldn't even take her on walks or truck rides. The new e-Collars are not a punishment, but a small sensation that she has been trained to respond to on her own. No more pushing her muscles for her - now it's always her own decision, which is perfect. I don't need to stimulate very often anymore, but when I tried a week without it we were soon back to multiple commands and pushing her into compliance again, and more dog reactivity instead of holding a quiet "down" as she does with the e-Collar on. She knows the collar, knows what to do (through training), and she is a very happy dog, eager to know clearly what she is and isn't supposed to do. It's the way she and I communicate - that's how I describe it to people. It's how I talk to her. She understands. I've always said it's usually not a "bad dog", it's just that the dog doesn't understand what you want. This is that dog language translator we both needed for her to have a fun life out and about with us. We just love her, and without this tool, we honestly were about ready to return this rescue dog. We've used it now about 2 years - she's 6 now. And so sweet. She still wears it every day.

1900s was first Dogtra product and first collar. Will never need anything else. Nuff said...
