This is the most screwed up company I have ever ordered from. First thing takes forever to get your product. they guarantee you a 90-day refund. Well, they refuse my refund and send me vouchers for new and then the vouchers do not work and then they tell you to buy and then they will refund. . Save your time. Call your CC company cancel and refuse any transactions from them. This has been going on for over two weeks! Done!

I ordered 2 harnesses. One for a German wire hair pointer, the other for a Belgian Malinois. Neither had any effect on their pulling issues. Also one has a strap that won’t stay tight . Sending them back would be expensive. I was offered a deal to keep them for 1/2 price. Not at all what I wanted, especially when one doesn’t stay tight.

They sent me the wrong collar after it took several weeks to arrive. I contacted them and their AI service responded right away but then nothing. After the 3rd time they responded and offered me a partial credit for their mistake. I let them know I had ordered more than just the collar and they again have not responded I have asked for a full refund and have not received a response to this either. Customer service is very poor and unresponsive

The Dogshood halter is held together by Velcro which pulls apart easily. My small dog broke loose of this very defective product and ran into the street. She almost got hit by a car. This is a dangerous and defective product. Buyer beware‼️

Purchased harness but having issue with proper fit, requested to return for full refund as per their website no risk money back quarantee policy. They have NO phone number for customer service, I have sent multiple emails requesting to return and get receiving automated responses stating someone will get back to me. BUYER BEWARE, the policy is fraudulent.

Quick to respond when I email them hours outside of my order being placed. Turns out an error was made on my address (address they gave doesn’t actually exist). Only for them to tell me “it was outside their change window”. Now it has been 3+ weeks and nothing.. not even responding to emails sent, even from multiple email addresses. Customer service sucks! And at this point I assume I have no option other than to cancel it and let the credit card company fight it out. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Thirty minutes into my first wall with my dog using Dogshood harness the D ring on the back came of with only a slight tug by my dog. I contacted Dogshood immediately, with pictures, requesting a refund of the entire order. I had also bought the extra D ring and a leash. Stating I was not happy with the quality. They responded br offering me a code to use that was good for $50 on their website. That was not the total cost of the order, only the harness. I replied back saying I did not a voucher. I wanted a refund. I did not get a response to that email or to the numerous times in the last month requesting a refund. Do not order anything from them.
