My dog just became a lot better on walks with her Dogs Hood harness. It was easy to put on and easy to adjust. We took a short walk so I could make sure it was adjusted correctly. She did well. When she tried to pull, the front leash stopped her, turned her and she waited for a few minutes for me to catch up. She then started walking beside me. When it cools down and she gets more walks in, I hope it will continue to work as well and we will be able to take longer, easier walks. Product arrived within the time frame stated and I couldn't be happier! My girl is happy too!

Ordered a harness and leash. Took longer than I expected, but they arrived. Harness did not fit, and could not be adjusted without the D ring being off center. I asked to return the items, according to their “90 day, no questions asked” policy for returns. I was told they would send me a smaller size, but I did not wish to do that. Then I was offered the opportunity to get 1/2 my money back, and not have to mail the harness and leash back. I was also told I would need to pay my own postage. I was willing to do that, but now I have been completely ghosted by this company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR PUBLISHED POLICIES. It’s too bad, because the harness itself seems to be of good quality. Customer service is horrible.

I am still waiting on my order after 3 months can't get them to solve the issue for a replacement harness or a refund for the wrong one they sent. Very frustrated!!

Did the harness cause my dog to turn back to me when pulling? No Have our walks been better because the harness has a better fit? I believe so That pretty much covers it

I orderedthis product and got notification that it had arrived at my house on the Sunshine Coast, Quensland. It did not arrive and trying to deal with the company is hopeless. They do not reply. I would not recommend them - I should have bought through an Australian company, NOT a US company - vey bad customer service.

I have 2 30+/- lb Terrier Mix boys. My late hubs always held onto their leashes. He made a custom system where each dog had a shoulder harness which attached to the leash itself, in a "Y" configuration and from there attached to a handle that let out the leash . However, the harnesses don't work and pull to the left or right and that doesn't really slow down the dogs. I am reluctant to use this now as I am afraid the dogs can pull out of their harnesses and take off. Re your date of experience section...this has happened each time I take them for a walk. sooo...Sept and October
