I am still waiting on 2 harness and lease I order was supposed to have been here on the 17th and its the 23rd still not here When contacted them and still no responce from them.

I purchased a dog harness with the understanding that I could return for a full refund if not 100% completely satisfied. Over a week ago I emailed their customer service dept. Olivia responded, wanted me to take pictures, write a detailed reason for the return / refund which i did. Then Olivia disappeared.... I will tell ALL the dog friends and neighbors to stay far away from this company that I see as a Hugh SCAM!!!! Terrible company.

This company is great, couldn't speak more highly about my experience with them. Excellent customer service in an era where that can be a challenge. So nice dealing with great people.

I ordered a no pull harness for my medium size dog. in less than 2 weeks the plastic clasp/clip broke. I messaged dogshood suppor team multiple times with no reply.

I'd give 0 stars but they don't offer that. Product is good, customer service is deplorable. Ended up costing us more money just to get what they offered for free. Scam! Don't waste your time or money. Only email communications possible, you can't telephone and speak to a live person. Learned my lesson.

My issue isn't with the product itself, but with this company's advertising tactics. There have been multiple ads on Facebook saying that Dogshood had to change to company's name to Tailo because of "legal issues" connected to an existing brand name. They claim that the only thing that had changed was the name -- that it was still the same company. I ordered two "50 % off" dog harnesses in response to a Dogshood ad (not the one that mentioned the name change). The total came to around $80. Immediately afterwards, I scrolled on and saw an ad from Tailo. It told the story about this so-called necessary name change and claimed that the letter in the ad was written by "Jessica, founder of Dogshood." (The website info conflicts with this and says that the company was founded by a "German and US couple." A search for company ownership gave the following info: " trademark for DOGSHOOD HARNESS is owned by an individual registrant named Pang Yan, based in Pingchang County, Bazhong, China.") Anyhow, there was a new offer of "buy one, get one free" in this ad, which would make the harnesses half the price I had just paid through the Dogshood ad. I wrote to the support team for both Dogshood and Tailo explaining the situation and asking for a price adjustment, since supposedly only the name of the company had changed -- that everything else was the same. Representatives from both websites told me that an adjustment was not possible because Dogshood and Tailo were "two separate entities." At best, this was a misleading ad campaign, and at worst, possibly fraud. I would avoid doing business with a company under either of these names.

Had to make a follow-up visit to the store to get everything organized. Technical help was good

I went to a bin store and found several of these harnesses there. They were new and zip tied and were personalized with pet’s name and contact number. Since I was curious how such a nice item end up at a store like this ($0.99 day), I messaged the number on the harness. Turns out the person who ordered, did so in July and never received it!! When asked if the company ever sent them a new one, they said no. 😱😡 What was troubling was it wasn’t just one personalized harness at this discount store but several!!!! Now I’m wondering why and how and who do they use to deliver these. For the price people are paying, I would expect better customer service and reliable shipping service.
