product size was incorrect but ordered according to their website. Tried contacting them and even sent pictures and they have not responded. Absolutely abysmal service!

Disappointing Product Quality and Refund Experience I was disappointed with this harness. The D-ring on the back is noticeably off-centre, sitting quite far to the right when viewed from above. The material around the neck is also rough and scratchy, unlike the softer material on the other harness I purchased. I requested a refund on 30 September because of these issues. However, instead of resolving my request for a full refund under the advertised 90-day money-back guarantee, I was offered a $40 voucher and later a 50% refund. I declined both offers because I want the advertised guarantee to be honoured. I have spent considerable time trying to resolve this issue, but I am still waiting for a clear response. The product quality and the way my refund request has been handled have left me disappointed. I would think carefully before purchasing from this company again.

I got mine about a week ago. This is an absolute game changer. My girl loves to pull and this has totally stopped her from the very first time I put it on and took her for a walk. Don't hesitate buying and trying. I fully expected to try it and return it but it is a keeper! My only concern is that I may have gotten one that is slightly larger than needed. Thanks DogsHood.

Accidentally ordered the wrong size and customer service couldn't have been more prompt and accommodating! Will order from them again simply because they are so easy to work with. Thank you!

My only issue is the size. The website offers possible size matches based on breed and the actual size is hard to find. So I ordered based on breed and it was big on my dog. I emailed support and received a response asking for measurement of the dog’s chest and that was it- no more responses. I paid full price and after that it became half off so I asked for the correct size to be sent without charge and I would pay for shipping but I received 0 reply. Now I have an overpriced harness that is too big.

Ordered harness and only received on name tag. Then the lead ring has begin the rust. only over a month old. Did write to them first to complain, however did not get a response. Would not recommend,
