I have not received anything yet been 15 days didn't think it was going to be this long... I called and messages is full. Now 27 And where the 23 Dec I'm getting worried that this is not going to be here before Christmas.

I ordered 2 harness on Nov. 17th, It is Dec. 5th and no sign of it. Cant get hold of anyone on the phone. Tried tracking it. It's in transit since the Nov 19th. San Fran. on the 3rd. Guess it's coming from China. Will not order from them again. It is now the 6th,7th,8th and still no harness. Tried to call mail box full, can't even leave a message.The 9th,10th, still nothing! Looks like I will be asking for a refund. Still never again, It was a slow boat from China But it did'nt sink, Got my harness today. 11th. To their credit it is a rely nice harness

Love it!!! So easy on and off. When she sees me grab the harness she knows time for a walk she stands there puts her nose down ready for me to put harness on. I think she is very comfortable in it. She does not pull any more. She use to drag me on walks with this harness she tried a couple of times and then she stopped. I also bought the seatbelt attachment and that is awesome as well. Highly recommend in fact recommend to 5 friends and they have placed orders.

We placed an order over 15 days ago, took 4 days to ship, still haven’t received our harness. I had no idea shipping took this long, or I wouldn’t have placed an order. I had to go and purchase another harness.

I asked for assistance with the harness and the response was quick and information provided proved very helpful. The harness product with a personalised name tag is excellent. Very well made and supports all the right places. Well dopne
