I think this is a fraudulent company. I have been waiting for my order for over a month and all they say is to be patient. They send me to a tracking page which has no updates. I have also never heard of the transport company they are using. Now I see others complain about the fit. They don’t deserve to be in business. I will apply for a refund from my credit card and report them to the Better a business Bureau. My order number is #193006. Nothing has changed in the above review. Received nothing after a month and the company shows no interest. Many complaints about the quality. Buyer beware

DoggyKingdom's "safety" seat belt is NOT safe! I agree with many of the reviews that say the harnesses are too big; however, this review relates to Doggy Kingdom's "safety" seatbelt. Three days ago, I used the seatbelt for the very first time to drive my maltipoo, Buddy, to the groomer. I hooked the seatbelt onto the harness and into the seat belt buckle in the back seat, and I was happy it appeared to restrain my dog from jumping onto the front seat of my car. To my dismay, after driving only about 5 minutes, my pup was able to get loose & jumped into the front seat into my lap during rush hour, nearly causing a car accident. I thereafter saw that the leash attached to the seat belt had been ripped or chewed in half. This "safety" seat belt is NOT safe even for small dogs like my maltipoo --especially if your dog likes to pull or chew. I immediately easily replaced it on line with one of many sturdier (even less expensive) doggie seat belts that can't be chewed or ripped. I wrote to Doggykingdom's customer service & attached the invoice and a photo of the belt split in two pieces. Customer Service refusing my request for a refund, offered to give me $5 off to purchase a replacement seat belt. I would never purchase it again or want a replacement even if they gave me it for free! I very rarely write negative reviews. My primary purpose was not to get a refund but to warn others that in my opinion, this seat belt is a safety hazard & should be taken off the market.

I ordered a harness in size medium--long wait time and too large when arrived --i want to exchange for a small . Customer service allowed no option for a return or exchange--so if you buy from them, buyer beware-- In short, lousy customer service--

I ordered a dog harness for my puppy a few months ago and loved it. Unfortunately, the clasp no longer worked on it so I contacted Doggykingdom to let them know that I no longer felt comfortable using it since my puppy was able to escape from it while out walking which really scared me. I contacted DoggyKingdom and they immediately processed another order for a replacement one since there is a Lifetime warranty on their harnesses. I received my replacement one quickly. I received excellent prompt service from Steven in Customer Service. I love my replacement harness. I would highly recommend this company for their great product and excellent customer service. They do stand by their lifetime warranty. Thanks DoggyKingdom

The no pull harnesses that we purchased have been fantastic they look great and very easy to put on our dogs.

It took a while to get the harness but it was worth the wait. Shipping is not fast but when you consider it’s shipped from China 3-4 weeks seems reasonable.

My experience with Doggykingdom....has been excellent. Quick service! Quality products. We especially LOVE THE HALTERS WE BOUGHT for our two black German Shepherds. The names on the Halters makes it look especially professional! Thank you 😊. HAPPY Holidays and we'll see you next Year!

Awesome customer service! AND, the lifetime warranty is true. I had a problem with the chest strap and they replaced it asap -- and even included the velcro name and phone # for my pup again. LOVE you guys and highly recommend you & your products to others! <3
