Can't say 100% scam, but def not great. I ordered two winter coats (same size) in Jan. They arrived sometime in Feb, and they were different sizes. Despite both being marked "Medium", they were both too small and did not fit with the sizing chart (marked for a 20 inch chest, both coats were only 19 inches). I was told by the help line that they were made of stretchy material (they were not) and that they were adjustable (they were not). Despite their 100% satisfaction guarantee, they initially told me I either had to send the coats back at my own cost, or accept a 40% savings on another purchase. I sent about 12 pictures of measurements and a video and complained about 6 times before they agreed to send "replacement" coats. Now we are almost April, and I still have no winter coats. Can't recommend this place, nor will I ever shop there again.

I was under the impression that this company was located in Orlando Fl and it's products were made locally if I had known the difference I would not have ordered from them so instead of getting a product made witjin 30 miles from my home it's located halfway round the world

I have bought a couple product’s from this company one is a dog harness that we absolutely love it is so easy to use and looks great on your dog. Another thing I bought was the water proof dog boots which are also great. Last winter it was so cold our dog couldn’t go out with out freezing her feet so we put these on her feet and never had a problem again. Their products are reasonably priced also. The shipping takes a little longer than I expected but just be patient and it will be there. Thank you Doggy Kingdom for great products. Paul Dietrich

Love this harness! So easy to put on and very durable. This is the second harness I have bought and will be ordering another one. 😊

On Jan 27 I purchased a harness/coat and lead for a new puppy. It's been 7 1/2 weeks still no coat. The coat was been in transit since Jan 29. The puppy has now outgrown the coat and I had to buy another lead. It's also spring and she no longer needs a coat. So unless you can place your order 2-3 months (maybe) ahead of needing something, I would deal with a business within the U.S. So either I chalk the loss up or pay for return postage to Austria and hope it gets there and that I get a refund.

I ordered a dog coat. Nice quality but despite measuring beforehand it was too small. WARNING: despite all Web information listing a Florida address for this company you have to ship returns to AUSTRIA, at your expense, in order to receive store credit for your return. Or you can have 40% off your next (replacement) purchase. Not a great company to work with for this reason. I hate that I tried to support what I thought was a small domestic business instead of going with Amazon, and now I'm out $37 for my efforts, since I don't want to encourage their behavior by buying from them yet again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.

Worth the wait! Easy to use and my dog is very happy too! We’ll definitely order another one for my Mom’s dog 😊
