Really like the way the harnesses fit our 2 dogs. Easy to put on and no pull when walking. The only problem is that they are easily chewed through. Our newest dog that we have recently adopted chewed through the chest strap in minutes of putting it on. We thought it was put on snug enough and never gave it a thought. Our first one that we had for our first dog is great.

Had my dogs harness about 2 weeks and it’s already starting to come apart.not the happiest about it. The idea behind it is fantastic, just wish where the name patch is it would stop tearing apart. Also, the amount of texts and emails I get are unreal.

Ordered a Medium Red Winter Jacket for my Minature Poodle Mix Rescue. Fits perfectly. I love this Jacket so easy to put on and take off, I love it so much that I ordered a Purple one for him. He looks adorable in both.

I ordered a medium as my dog fit well in the medium size chart for BOTH chest and body as shown. The body fit great the chest was a joke. Barely even fit the velcro - terrible design. I swear the strap in front was put on the wrong product. All they tell me is order the smaller size down, but that states 10-19 lbs which my dog is far more, and fits in the middle of the medium. Bottom line - TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. If I order a small, and it's too small, then they will take it back AT MY EXPENSE. I've already wasted $40, don't want to lose more. Very unhappy and there is no return policy that truly helps. It forces us to put in a name to get the order, but once personalized they won't take it back. AWFUL.

I do not like this company. They told me it had been delivered which it was not. When I wrote them about it I was told, "its coming". Never mind they wrote me and told me it had been delivered. In addition, they do not enclose any type of directions on how to adjust straps. Will use another service for my other dogs.
