Iam so Excited that I received my Two Doggy Harnesses from DoggyKingdom. I Love that they have the Names of my dogs on them, They fit very well and People that I have come across Love the Color and Style. I have been looking for Harnesses that are Easy to put on BUT also Sturdy. I would buy from DoggyKingdom again Thank you DoggyKindom!

Placed an order on Jan. 18 and as of today, still have not received it. I have reached out to them on 2 different occasions and was first told to wait then was give tracking information that came up with NO tracking information. Sent another email which I did receive a response for but pointed out that due to the corona virus issue, many of the items were stuck in china. UPDATE: Previously I rated Doggykingdom with 1 star as I saw that several others were suffering the same problems as I which led me to believe this was a scam, however, Doggykindom did respond to my emails and honored my request to cancel my order as it had been about a month after I placed the order with neither no functioning tracking information nor receipt of the purchased items. I have since changed my review from 1 star to 3. Even though my experience was a bad one, due to the corona virus situation, I never received accurate shipping information nor my items, which in all fairness, wasn't completely Doggykindom's fault. Perhaps I'll try again in the future when there isn't an issue with shipping from china.

Update: They have asked me to update my review. I did receive the products in June and my CC company had reimbursed me when I filed dispute months ago. So I am not out anything but I donated the harness and leash since I needed it back in Jan/Feb when ordered. My complaint was the lack of customer service and the fact they kept sending me a tracking number that did not work. I still think 5 months is extreme to resolve issue. Beware!!! Wish I would have done my research. Thought I was supporting a "small business owner". Ordered product at beginning of Jan and still not received. Reached out to check on delivery date and was sent tracking link. When I use the link no information is available. Just sent a request for a refund not confident that will happen. I will stick with chewy or local business that I can walk in and purchase.

Terrible Service. The website leads you to believe it is a American or European, definitely no indication it is from China, the photo they use to the lady and her dog Lucy, very misleading. Shipping says 7-10 days to the US, it has now been 30 days and no delivery. I keep emailing them and they say it has left the warehouse, they said that since day 5. When you check the tracking number it says no data or left warehouse and no other information. I tried to cancel the order as I could no longer wait and had to go to a store to buy my products as I was picking up my new dog, and they said too late it was shipped and on the way. That is always their answer, shipped and on the way, but no delivery and no tracking. Ive tried many international tracking companies to try and track it and all say it does not exist. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS TERRIBLE Fraud COMPANY. My next step is to contact my Visa company and get them to cancel the order.

Bought for a friends dog, it was too big, they would not exchange! So much for their 100%guarantee! Would not recommend. Very unhappy.

I purchased two doggie harness’s and I absolutely love them. They’re so easy to put on my fur babies and I get so many compliments! I also purchased the leash made to walk two dogs and it ‘a so nice to walk my fur babies with. The handle is very comfortable which is very important so you can enjoy your walk. I definitely would encourage anyone looking for something for their fur babies to check out DoggieKingdom!
