This harness is amazing! I don't understand what all the fuss is with the delivery time. I was communicated with at multiple points letting me know the harness would be delayed due to coronavirus related complications. I get it - stuff happens. The harness itself is fantastic - great quality. I absolutely love it.

This harness is awesome! I have two large English bulldogs and it is so strong and well made. It does take a while to get it. I see a few people are worried that it’s a scam. I’ve always received my harnesses (I’ve ordered two now) although it does take a while.

Because of the Christmas holidays it seemed like it took forever to get them. Once they arrived I was so pleased. They are easy to put on and are made with quality materials. I have already recommended your site to a friend as she loves mine.

The company has been responsive to my concerns. It would be helpful to include use instructions with the dog harness. It also would be an improvement if the chest strap were a buckle rather than velcro. Other than that, the harness is well made.

I was debating ordering out of the country as I have gotten burned twice in the past with orders from other company's but in reading the reviews decided to give them a try. I have been in the same boat ordered on Jan. 16th. I did do an online Chat with David and got the same story as people have been stating here. I did however get a follow up email of our online chat post ending the conversation. On Feb. 18th I got another email update stating that from 02/17 till the end of the week all open orders will be shipped out. I in turn asked for my harness to be changed to a larger size as my puppy has grown and asked that they keep my as a customer. Today i did get an email that they did honor my request and changed my order for me. Hopefully, as David told me, everyone here that ordered in January will be getting their orders soon.
