My experience with Dog Academy has been fantastic. My dog and I have not yet been certified however I’ve contacted Dog Academy numerous times through this process and each time it was because of my being anxious thinking I was going to fail. Each person I talked to was respectful, encouraging, compassionate and calmed my concerns. I’m currently waiting to hear if the videos submitted will be acceptable but I know Dog Academy will be willing to help us to resubmit videos in the event any submissions were not up to the standards required. Dog Academy and its staff are there to help and give you the assistance required to reach success for both you and your pet. Thank you Dog Academy.

I got no help to the answer to my question. It was a very unpleasant experience where I had to rewrite my question three times and then they said they’ll refer me to a union. I never got a human to interact with me. Fitness is just useless.

FOLLOW UP. AFTER realizing that the problem was on MY side, Dog Academy deserves a 5 rating, Their follow up is the best I have seen, and I am 76 years old. I could not contact an agent using the chat or calling. I did appreciate the email follow-up to reschedule. I do need my schedule reminders to clarify Mountain or Central time. I do not have an account number that I can find. Dog Academy's f/u seems excellent, I will update this as we work through rescheduling

Julie was extremely pleasant, compassionate in understanding our needs and was engaged in leaning about us and our and goals. She used this to provide us with the best possible options to achieve our goals. She was knowledgeable, pleasant and enjoyable to speak with. By far one of the best service agents that I have encountered in a long time!

I loved that the platform was easy to navigate, even for someone who isn’t great with technology. The course having written instruction and video was good for multiple learning styles. I do wish a teacher or instructor was available to answer questions , to offer accountability, guidance or assistance with recording the videos. I also would have liked the opportunity to provide multiple videos per question, as it was a challenge not only to record on my own, but to choose which videos to submit.
