We just spoke with Tom, who spent 45 minutes on the phone with us learning about our dog’s needs and reassuring us that we will work something out for her. Answered all of our questions and I’m very excited for our first training session!

Tom was an enormous help to me during this process. He reassured me of everything that would be included, and was patient while going through the payment options. I could not be more thankful to have gotten paired up with him, as Tom was able to help me break down the cost a little further. Tom was extremely helpful and understanding with scheduling for classes for a psd certification, and for explaining the process as well. He was very friendly and gave us an amazing deal for what we were looking for in training!

Awful company to deal with, total rip off. I was informed that the trainer would come out for 180 minutes, but he only stayed for 90 minutes. He mentioned it would be too tiring for a puppy to be trained for 180 minutes back to back, which I agreed. Despite this, I was charged the full amount of $495 for 90 minutes. When I called to request a refund for the difference, I was told that they would still charge the full $495. This was not adequately explained to me beforehand at all. I felt pressured to sign up during my initial call, and out of desperation to get my dog trained, I went ahead with the decision. This situation feels like a total rip-off, and I am definitely planning to escalate the issue further. I did receive excellent assistance from Shelby; she was very attentive.

Thank you for sharing your experience. To clarify, our Forever Framework session is up to 3 hours. When sessions run shorter—especially with puppies who can tire quickly—our trainers will typically arrange a follow-up to make sure you receive the full benefit. In your case, because the service was canceled, the trainer didn’t have the opportunity to schedule that follow-up. We understand that you are upset by this, but this outcome does follow our refund policy. That said, we take your feedback on the sales process very seriously. We’ll be reviewing your calls to ensure our team is communicating expectations more clearly and never leaving customers feeling pressured.
