Easy setup
Tried the multi-brand setup on Dodo Payments to handle a few product lines under one account. Setup was quick and smooth, just add your brand, upload a logo, verify it, and you are fine. Great for running multiple sites while keeping everything in one payout.

AVOID AND RUN! BIG SCAM
I need to warn everyone because what just happened is unbelievable. I was using Dodo Payments and everything looked fine… until today. Out of nowhere, they closed my account and refunded every single customer — over $5,000 in legitimate, dispute-free sales. There were: 0 payouts since day one; 0 disputes; 0 chargebacks; No suspicious activity; A fully verified account. Despite that, they refunded everything and locked my account without explanation. To make it worse: I went to their Discord to ask what happened — they instantly banned me. I also emailed them — no reply at all. I honestly should have listened to the warnings about DodoPayments. If you’re thinking about using them: 👉 Don’t. 👉 Run while you still can. This platform is completely unreliable — borderline scam behavior. Posting this so others don’t lose their revenue like I did.

Recently moved to Dodo Payments
Moved my setup from Paddle to Dodo Payments and honestly, didn't expected this to be so easy. The migration tools handled products, webhooks, and customer data without much hassle. Check out flow and subscriptions worked right away. I must say way less friction.

Scam - they never paid
DodoPayments suddenly closed our account without any valid reason and kept the remaining balance inside. They told us the payment would be released after 120 days — but months have passed and we still haven’t received a single cent. We’ve contacted them multiple times, but they ignore all messages and give no explanation. This company acts like a legitimate payment provider, but in reality, they are dishonest and unreliable. They shut down accounts, hold funds, and never pay what they owe.

DodoPayment is Holding My Payouts
I use DodoPayment for my service, but they have not sent my payout. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I receive no proper response or resolution. This is unacceptable for a payment provider.

Very slow support and I am unable to make a payment.
We worked with dodopayments for 3 months, but they closed all my stores and are not helping in any way for a ridiculous reason, and I cannot refund my customers.
