Unauthorized charge
I had no documentation of making a purchase with document genius until I opened my credit card bill. Reached out and was NOT refunded the charge I did not authorize

Very specific and concise Documents.
I was so impressed on the wordings of the documents that this website is offering. Editing the document has never been made this easy. I appreciate the ease in downloading it as a PDF file too. You guys just made life easier. Way to go Document Genius.
