This service was great when I needed to…
This service was great when I needed to fax. But I didn’t need it after a trial.. I was charged a monthly fee and asked for a refund. Customer representative Mai was extremely helpful in getting my refund within six hours of me asking for it. Very prompt customer service. If I need an eFax service again, I would definitely use them
