Sneaky service charge
On December 20, 2025 I was seeking a specific form. I went to documentgenius. I paid $1 for the use of site. Never completed form as they said they charged $39.99 for subscription. I stopped and backed out. On January 2 I received charge of $39.99. I have attempted 5x to contact them via phone and was told no agents at this time. I tried live chat 3x and it would not connect. Lastly I sent e-mail and received no response. I have contacted my credit card company and opened a dispute. I wouild not recommend these people.
