The pictures were supposed to be…
The pictures were supposed to be downloaded from a pdf to a jpeg. But it downloaded the picture to a zip file and I had to spend at least 2 hrs trying to get this figured out. Not a user friendly site for those of us who are in our mid 70s and didn't grow up with computers.

When converting a PDF with multiple images, the system may automatically download the files as a ZIP folder rather than individual JPEGs. The website is easy to use and there…
The website is easy to use and there are a lot of good features but ultimately the pdfs created were poor quality (not rendering correctly) so I canceled. If the converted documents came out in better quality I would have continued.

HEY LISTEN UP
listen im going to start my review like this I am a real human being so lets leave all the bots asleep , 2nd i hate leaving reviews even when i buy stuff so here is my review . i was looking to convert some files so was searching for an app so came across documentgenius.com not only the process easy & fast to do there customer support was great & fast when i emailed them . i definitely would use & recommend to not only friends and family but anyone who is reading this right now !

editing and navigating
editing and navigating how to edit is very frustrating i had to figure it out just from messing around with it the editing and formatting should be together and the website is very slow when editing takes some time before it show your edits i finally figured the website out after hours of messing around with it you have to use the formatting tool to edit any words or input anything the edit tool work but it only deletes certain things does not allow you to edit what was imput it will mess up the template
