The program seemed relatively easy. Unfortunately, the information and clauses that were painstakingly entered did not get included in the Note. I could have typed it from an existing Note and got the information. Took extra time to do that process and recreate.

The rep was helpful. She initially denied my request for refund even though I had canceled within the trial period. But she consulted her back end and came through. Looks like it is you policy to deny first. Anyway, five stars to the rep and four to you.

I only stumbled upon this because I was looking for a free estimate template. After going through and filling out an abundance of information, I was ready to finish and I was prompted to sign up and pay something to get the document I had just completed. There was an option for free, which I selected, but it charged me anyway.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re sorry to hear about the frustration this caused. We understand how disappointing it can feel after spending time completing a document, only to encounter unexpected payment or sign-up requirements at the end of the process. We also apologize for any confusion regarding the free option and the charge you mentioned. To clarify, a credit card is required to activate uninterrupted access to the platform’s premium document customization and download features. We also provide free downloadable forms and templates through our resources section for users who may not need ongoing access. Our team will be reaching out to you directly to further review the situation and assist you. If you would like, we would also be happy to send the form/document directly to you. Please feel free to contact me directly at [[email protected]], attention Betty, and I will personally assist you further. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the customer experience and the clarity of our checkout process.
