I paid 39.99 for a telehealth visit with a doctor and never received the video link. We'll see if I get issued a refund, but they only have an email for support, not even a number to call. I am coming back to edit this review. They did end up sending me the link for the appointment, but it was 4 hours later. I missed it because I was asleep. They did quickly respond by email and refunded my money, so I'm editing my review. They at least fixed it.

I really liked using Doctronic AI. It was easy to use and helped me make sense of my mom's symptoms. She had gotten sick while visiting Mexico, and she even got some bloodwork done. When she got back home, here in the U.S. she wasn’t sure how to best advocate for herself with her doctor here. I was able to input her symptoms into Doctronic AI and get better information that helped her feel more prepared before seeing her doctor.

Bogus. Prescription never received by pharmacy no action after letting them know. Fraud. Stay away

I tried Doctronic for the first time, and I was honestly impressed! The AI symptom checker helped me understand what might be going on before talking to a doctor, and booking a telehealth appointment right after was super easy. The whole process was fast, convenient, and saved me a trip to the clinic. Highly recommended for anyone who wants quick and reliable care from home

First, I felt the doctor could've been a bit more interested and not in a rush to move on to the next patient. Secondly, the doctor stated I needed to get blood work sooner rather than later, someone would reach out to me with the order/lab info. This was Thursday. No contact, I reached out via email, they said someone was working on it. Now it's Sunday and I received an email stating my ticket is closed. WHAT????!!!!! What a waste of time & money!!!!!

I'd been prescribed a new medication from my primary care doctor. I had so many questions, but was a bit shy to ask her all of them. I went into this Doctronic site and it answered everything i needed to know. It was really helpful...way better than just googling (which i had already done.) This was a lot better than i thought it was gonna be to be honest.

I thought I was gonna die. Good thing I didn't! As a person who panics a lot... when my stomach was upset for 2 days, I used Doctronic to finally check my symptoms for free (and anonymously). It told me I had 60% possibility of Gastroenteritis so I hurriedly went to the ER. Lo and behold... I was diagnosed with Gastroenteritis after getting my lab results. I was prescribed with proper med and was dismissed in less than 3 hours had I not gone to the ER ASAP. Thanks for informing me, Doctronic!

AI will tell. you anything to book an appointment. I was told the Dr would restart my gabapentin no problem. Took the money then said no sorry we can't do that. Who know when and if I'll get a refund.
