Advertised care for treatment of adrenal insufficiency, would not provide care, stated doctors could do what they would like. False branding of doctors agreeing with ai summary. They do not. Was told by the phyician he only treats sniffles. Was then passed off again told to "find someone to see you in person", which not indicated in any way. If you have any sort of problem or prescription requirement? DONT USE THIS SERVICE.

I have used Doctronic and thoroughly enjoyed their other Doctors I recently saw ….Dr. Cindy Ojevwe had a huge wall around her from the start.. with her virtual appointment with me...... I am used to my major Medical Center, Virginia Mason. ....all my Doctors we are on a first name basis.... and when I asked her first name so we could talk,.... obviously I know she's a doctor...she absolutely refused. .....She would not give me her 1st name.... and that was very off putting....And THEN would not help..... She said I need to go see physical doctor…...Literally a day after one of her female peer Doctors wrote two prescription refills from the original Dr. @Doctronic. ..I would not recommend her. .... all she needed to do is follow up after one of her peer Dr's. had prescribed two other creams, but then he was gone for a week..... add an additional dermatological cream....... Ketoconazole... that he and I had talked about....... that one of Doctronic's major competitors instantly prescribed it Virtually..... after My visit with her....and didn't understand why she had a problem with it............. I would never, ever, ever do business with this woman again.

Poor communication prescriptions omitted or sent to incorrect pharmacy Bot gives out incorrect information leads you to believe youre speaking with a physician however its an ai bot very misleading and frankly DANGEROUS be very leary of this incompetent service

Do yourself a huge a favor and DON'T use this site. It is fully ai customer service that will not help with any internal errors. I had a refill approved and received a text telling me that it was approved and sent to CVS. I checked with CVS and it was never sent. Of course I was charged by Doctronic and the only solution they give me is to pay another $39 to speak with a doctor. Do not use this site!

This is a total scam! I tried to do a medication refill— 3 weeks ago… They took my money. Never sent the scripts in (after specifically saying they did). I called the costumer service. They gave me a code to see “their doctor” There is no place to even put this code- they then said I needed to pay again, I requested a refund since they didn’t provide any services- they refuse. This is nothing but a scam operation!!!!

Worst doctors experience ever. Please don't waste your time or money . Very rude and unhelpful "doctor " . Dr. Damasco should be fired and medical license should be taken away from him . I explained to him what my concerns were . He than jumped to a whole different problem and told me to go to the emergency room. Did not get anything I needed addressed

Absolutely horrible experience. The provider acted so bored and uninterested, then refused to prescribe the safe medication I needed, saying it was unsafe, so she proceeded to prescribe me one instead that has a black box warning for suicide attempts.

Docttonic.sucks! They wont help with anything.they only say.go.to ur local e.r.ill never use it again.theyre very rude I promise you it's a waste of time
