Sinus infection!
I have a sinus infection and they made this so much easier to deal with! It was very quick, the doctor was nice and knowledgeable. And if you - like me- do not have insurance? This is Wonderful!! She sent the prescription in while I was still in the video call with her, so she could make sure it got there. And at only 39.00? You can not beat this service!

So after investing almost 40 minutes…nothing
So after investing almost 40 minutes giving a detailed health history, it asked me about allergies. I answered, and then it kept buffering for 15 minutes while saying "thinking", never again responding. There was nothing to click to save or start an account. The only thing I could do was reload the page, and this brought me back to the beginning to start over. So much for their claim that it works perfectly on every device; I'm using a brand new HP with MS.

Never Received Link or Response to Inquiry
Well I just happen to one of the ones that paid for appointment and never received a link. No responses to support email or feedback. Beware.

Horrible .
Horrible .. you will go through long drawn out explanation and you pay before you talk to a doctor only to be told no we can’t help you with that .. no telling how much money they make from scam .. run

Very good experience
Speaking with the AI was very easy, setting up my appointment was easy as well, it did take longer than expected for them to get back with me so I requested a refund only for 5 minutes later to receive my refund…and the link to my appointment, I feel bad because I did receive my refund but was refunded for the service, but it was very easy to use. Definitely recommend if you’re in between insurances like I am right now.

One of the best health experience
One of the best health experience. Was able to provide the AI Health Assistant my health condition then scheduled a call with my telemedicine provider! Awesome!
