What a joke. The dr. Couldn't change a prescription or write a new one. Asked for a refund within 1 minute.

The Ai bot was very helpful but after talking to the doctor he seemed frustrated when talking to me and offered very little advice. I asked what medications that I could be prescribed and he told me to go visit a doctor in person to seek treatment. This website is almost a complete waste of time.

I'm only giving 2 stars because I was able to get a refund. I would not recommend. I will not ever try again.

Misleading complete scam the visit was quick when he advised did I need an excuse I advised sure. He advised he would even do one for tomorrow. He lied never received I literally gave $40 for nothing will be requesting a refund SCAM don’t waste you time. I wish I could have did one syar but they said they get those deleted easily.

Doctronic employs very misleading practices designed to result in multiple (paid) online doctor visits. On first trying Doctronic, the advertisements indicated that I could renew my asthma prescription through them. This was technically true, but they could only renew it for 1 month (charging about $40 for the 'visit'). They said that I needed to do a 'primary care visit' in order for them to renew the medication for a full year (and I confirmed several times that they would be able to provide a yearly prescription). I then spent over an hour filling providing info to their AI and waiting for the doctor to join the visit. Again I had to pay $40, and this time he said that he could give a 3-month prescription but not a 1 year one, and that I would need to keep spending an hour every 3 months to renew. Also said that 'no-one can renew a prescription for a year', which is patently false as I have been getting yearly renews for over a decade. Not a complete scam, but misleading, giving false information, and lying in order to get you to pay for multiple un-needed on-line visits. Very disappointed.

I scheduled appointment with Doctronic. I do like the idea of tele health. Here are the observations 1) Email says "Your Clinician Will Text You Within 30 Minutes On Friday, April 24th at 9:00am". Actual text was received 5 mins prior to actual appointment 2) Dr Hinds was in rush to get appointment completed. He only ordered prescription to control cholesterol. 3) Dr Hinds never recommended any lifestyle changes per the outlined initial diagnosis I had to ask lot of clarfying questions to the doctor. I paid $39 for 6 mins. I got full refund. Customer service - 5/5 Actual service by doctor - 2/5

They were quick, but I clearly told the ai chat and the Dr during our visit that I was already taking a specific eye drop I had on have for the eye infection. He verbally mentioned that he would prescribe me a different antibiotic eye drop. In error, he prescribed me the one he knew I already had. He refused to admit to the error and told the customer service person to tell me to see an in person doctor instead. Disappointing. Waste of time and money. I’ve used two other Dr on Demand services over the years and this is my first poor experience.

Dr. had no clue about treatment for my condition. Immediately said had to go to ER. Never asked a question. Consultation less than two minutes. Think I woke him up. ER said it was nothing. Go home and wait for my vascular surgeons appointment. AI was detailed. Physician was bothered I disturbed him. His charisma bypass was fully operational. Fire him! Keep the Bot!
