It was able to take in my extensive medical issues and meds. It gave me some good questions to discuss with my doctor and I felt heard. I know it’s AI but I didn’t feel gaslit or not taken seriously as I often do when trying to explain things to my regular PCP.

Very disappointing. Made it clear from the start I was seeking a prescription for a common compound medication. Two visits later, after being told by the provider he was sending the prescription to a compound pharmacy, I am told they are not allowed to do that. Why? It’s not a controlled drug. Waste of my time and money.

We've worked with your provider to send an alternative medication that should work similarly, and we've refunded your follow-up visit and provided a coupon code for a free visit for the inconvenience. We know this doesn't make up for the time wasted, but we hope it's a step toward making things right.
