Doctronic is very thorough and makes sure to ask again to confirm before giving a diagnosis. It is easy to use and interact with.

I could not be more pleased with this service! I live way out in rural Oregon, and I’m embarrassed to say but occasionally in winter I get cold sores on my nose from rubbing it due to how runny it is this time of year. Takes me 40 mins to drive to urgent care in town, must expect to wait an hour then after checkin, getting parked and everything else. Then across town again to get the medication, that often still has a 30 minute wait too. Then 25 mins back home. And all for typically 12 pills, no refills. Once I got them to give me 18, allowing me to be proactively prepared for future outbreaks, but only once, as the business model is clearly to keep you coming back in…$$$ How I found Doctronix: Thought to myself that a telehealth option for such services must exist, and oh how that would make my life so much easier. So naturally I searched google for “telehealth urgent care, anti-viral meds” Options popped up and Othodonix looked best and was the only one I even looked at. Took maybe 20 mins to get setup for the first-time. They asked a few questions over a couple mins regarding what I needed and I was still skeptical being my first time and began to grow impatient wondering if this were legit, only because I’m answering a bunch of questions online, and I’m always uneasy about that. But it is legit, and that’s just part of the initial process, so don’t be bothered like I was, plus it’s something you’ll never have to do again with them once established. Once they gathered my need, and confirmed it were in their realm of service, I agreed to move forward to payment, which for only $39 self-pay, I didn’t even bother with my insurance. Self-pay was real fast, another 2 mins maybe, and another step I won’t need to make again after today. I was then sent to an updated que to wait for a provided to be connected with. After maybe 8 mins, I was connected with Dr. You. Dr. You was right to the point. He prescribed me exactly the meds I needed, and at a full 28 count prescription, plus 1 refill. We were done in 5mins, I was ready to be beyond impressed if those meds were ready at my pharmacy for pickup shortly. Too good to be true still maybe. So I called my pharmacy, they had received the prescription already, I drove in and picked it up. The meds were $25 out of pocket rather than free because of the provider type or something, but I could care less given how easily DOCTRONIC had taken this otherwise dreadful, four hour chaotic ordeal across town required to get anti-viral medication, and converted it into something so simple and convenient. What a relief! I’m still in a loss for words. Not only did they preserve my entire day, but they also prescribed a full prescription, rather than 1/3 a prescription, plus a full refill for the future. 5stars, First Class, 100%, three thumbs up, all of it. I’m rarely excited enough to spend this much time on the thing I hate most, my phone, but they deserve this review. See for yourself

The questions asked allowed me to better explain what I am experiencing. I wanted to see if a previous illness could have caused episodes I experience to this day. I was able to get an idea of what also could be the cause, but also detailing out that yes, there is a possibility the two factors are related. The online chat platform took the stress of being in front of someone while trying to wrack my brain for information away. I’m not sure how long I was in the chat for, but I was able to detail out exactly what I am going through without any added pressure of feeling rushed. I appreciate that a summary is given as well, because while it was suggested I speak to a doctor, I am not able to afford one right at this moment. I tried another service and the chat analysis was sent over to a doctor and I was prompted to make an immediate payment. Having this “on paper” will allow me to do some looking into the possible causes while allowing me to find a doctor in my network to work with and come up with the funds for a potential visit. I am grateful this service exists in a way that benefits people who can’t afford or don’t have time to go see a doctor right away. It also gave me a better way to explain what I am experiencing so I can get my issue across easier.

Very easy! Took some time, but definitely less time and more convenient than trying to make an appointment and see my doctor. Overall a great and helpful program
