Doctrinic is amazing and easy to use. This is an excellent platform for speaking with doctors and is my go to for getting my prescription medications.

I have to be surprised on the advice the AI gave. It asked relevant questions regarding my situation and proceeded to provide great advice and possible Treatments from a physician. It even offered to put me into a Telemed Virtual visit with a real physician. I haven't used the Live Telemed Doctor part but the AI was very good.
Response from DoctronicSep 14, 2026
Thank you so much, David! Exceeding expectations is always the goal, and we're really glad it showed up that way for you. We'll be here whenever you need us. 💙
Sam
I filled out the initial request for information regarding what I needed to be seen for and paid my money. Once I was seen, the physician instructed me that I needed to see my physician in person. He then proceeded to document an incorrect complaint/diagnosis in my record. A total waste of money and time.
Response from DoctronicSep 14, 2026

Debbie
I believe they got my treatment "spot-on". It covers my signs and symptoms. Need to have a Telehealth visit to make definitive diagnosis. Otherwise, I approve!
Response from DoctronicSep 8, 2026
Thank you, Debbie! A preliminary assessment that holds up, along with a clear clinical path forward, is exactly how we're designed to work. We'll be ready whenever you are. 🙌🏻
Brandon
I sat on hold for 45 minutes just to have a doctor lie to. I even told.the doctor it was on their website and she had 0 clue about the treatment. Better idea is to.go to a doctor that has an idea of their own rules. I have an extremely large follow im going to have test them out and see if they get the same result in the next week as I did. It sad how terrible.our medical.syatem is.
Response from DoctronicSep 14, 2026
Brandon, we're truly sorry for the experience and the wait. That's not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we completely understand the frustration. We've processed your refund, and we'd like to understand what happened. Please email [email protected] with your details, and we'll look into this personally.
Raegen S.
This was a simple experience which provided me with accurate and helpful results. Im very grateful to have found this option after feeling ignored by my own dermatologist. And I paid nothing for it. Took about 20 minutes (my problem is pretty extensive) and I had answers, a plan, and great advice. Definitely recommend.
Response from DoctronicSep 8, 2026
Thank you, Raegen! Our free AI consultation or chat is trained exclusively on peer-reviewed medical sources and designed to go deep, no matter how complex the situation. We're happy it delivered, and we hope the plan brings you lasting relief. 💙
