I was in distress and at my wits end but Doctronics was the answer! Dr. Pevner was so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He reviewed my history, provided the care I needed then made sure I had all the medications I needed. He made sure I understood what they were for and how often to take them. He made me feel very comfortable speaking with him. He went beyond by giving me recommendations on how to get affordable services in my local area AND set me up with a PCA with doctronic. Dr. Pevner is a true star!

Docttonic.sucks! They wont help with anything.they only say.go.to ur local e.r.ill never use it again.theyre very rude I promise you it's a waste of time

Went for a prescription refill change of medication plan that they had already completed. Was advised they cannot prescribe the medicaiton that they have already prescribed for me. Do not waste time with this company.

I was able to explain my concerns about my condition and was asked very detailed questions to confirm my diagnosis. Then I was able to set up a phone appt with doc to discuss in further detail. Great to do this in the comfort of my home rather than wait hours in a doc office.

Very helpful and efficient

I booked and paid for a video visit to refill a maintenance medication I'd run out of. The waiting room showed "3 providers available" the entire time. After 10 minutes, nothing. After 25 minutes, nothing. I sent a message through the visit chat, then direct messages to each of the three "available" providers. Not one reply. Email support was closed for the night. I was out of a medication that keeps a pituitary tumor from regrowing and told them that in every message. Zero response. I ended up leaving the queue and getting an emergency supply from a 24-hour pharmacy instead. Doctronic advertises visits in under 30 minutes and providers available 24/7. Neither was true tonight. If you can't staff the visits you're charging for, don't take the payment. Requesting a full refund and will dispute the charge if it isn't issued.

Twice I paid to see a doctor, and twice I didn't. I get that you have to wait, but an hour this most recent time is totally unacceptable. I didn't get seen at all the time before this. The A.I. model bs-ed me for a solid hour .......AN HOUR. When I asked what was going the "patient advocate" chat, it responded; "they are taking a hydration break" or "the doctor is looking at your chart now". 4 doctors available and all of them are simultaneously on a "hydration break". I'm find that A.I. can and will lie to you just like humans do.
