Brilliant company
Excellent service - particularly when I create a problem and they sort out my stupid mistakes. Extremely easy to add a domain and connect to Google/Azure etc

Customer Support went above and beyond
I had a complicated issue (for me at least), that was urgent and needed to be resolved quickly. I worked with Stephanie, she handled it wonderfully and spoke with another vendor on my behalf to get my domain issues resolved. Very thankful!

Still happy after all these years
I've used DNSimple for all my domains, personal and business, for at least 10 years. I know there are now more options out there, but I've had zero reason to even think of looking elsewhere. Their name fits. On the rare occasions I've needed customer service, they've responded quickly and professionally and cheerfully.

Best DNS provider. Period.
I have used their platform for all my DNS needs for many years. It allows me to do everything I need while being very easy to use! I recently had to turn to their support for the first time. I cannot stress enough how impressed I was with how they handled my case - it was much smoother than it should have been, given my questions. I will recommend DNSimple to anyone!

I was not able to access my account
I was not able to access my account. All my company emails were not working due to DNS issue. No customer care number to reach out.

For security reasons, we don’t provide phone support, as it is much more difficult to authenticate account ownership over the phone than via email. Amazing DNS provider
Amazing DNS provider. Dns is way faster and reliable that competitors and thats the reason I moved to them. On top of that, best customer service ever. Actually, they added a function, based on a request I made to them. There is no other company that listen to their customer like they do. So I truly recommend them.

Just started out with them and was able…
Just started out with them and was able to sign up, register a domain and setup Google Workspace in just a few clicks. Their support team proactively reached out to provide assistance in the nicest way possible. Props to Anthony and Sebastian. The one-click services are pretty good. Happy so far.

Dnsimple support
I had a couple of questions regarding my dns records. Once I contacted dnsimple support, they responded fairly quickly and they were able to answer the two questions that I had. I'm happy with the reassurance they gave me regarding the questions.
