Ok so they have my results they sent me an email saying that my results will be ready at 6 so about 550 pm i still didnt receive an email so i called the customer service rep stated that. Ddc requested another day for testing and that my results will for sure be ready today at 6pm i paid for 1 day processing and still havent got anything i would definitely recommend doing your research with others than ddc because you pay up front with trust and they cant even deliver results

I chose this company because I've heard there good. I bought the in home kit for paternity testing because the father of ny child doesn't believe it's his so to give him proof we did the swabs and paid for the lab fee and mail it. THAT WAS ON JANUARY 21 it is now FEBRUARY 14 and.still have no results and I've.contacted there costumer service and one person told me that's a long time they probably got lost then someone else asked were I live and said oh it takes a while comming from where I live and another said they would send me a new kit ... it was a hassle to make my baby daddy do this in the first place no way I can explain to him they didn't get it 're do it ...I'm really disappointed with this experience

I would definitely recommend other people, the Process was fast the only thing they said they was gonna email, mail me the receipt I never received, and even tough I'm still waiting for the result from immigration. but you guys was great with the process

Service was excellent. Easy to schedule. I had many questions and contacted the Service Representative multiple times. Tyler (don't have last name) was patient and explained the process and procedures for the test. He also explained the pro and cons of the legal test.

I was looking to getting some answers cleared and well I did. I got the results I was looking for and ended any doubts. I had trouble retrieving my results online at first because of my password but when I called the customer service they were very friendly and helpful and got my password all set up again and I was able to view my results emidiately! The results themselves came within a couple of weeks but the results online were available even sooner so I loved that :) The whole process was very easy and I was very pleased with their services and great costumer service.
