Three stars because I was able to find out the results before birth, and the results did hold up in court. But also the mother didn't protest parentage because of the results. Removed 2 stars because the process took twice as long as promised. Nothing worse than waiting months to find out the results of a DNA test.

We went to a lab out of Louisiana. We got the results back 1672 out of 2034. I’m not disputing results I just kinda wanted to know what percentage is needed to be the father? Our test was 0% There is another possible candidate but he was diagnosed with being infertile. All the dates pointed to the guy I got tested. I am also doing a test with the infertile guy to be sure.

I ask for results to state if I am the father or not the father , instead they sent me results saying that I’m not excluded , one of my child got a note at the end of his results and the other one didn’t get a note at the end of the results , the problem I am having is I’m not sure if one of my sons are mine , it’s a possibility he can be my brother child , my brother is decease so I don’t know how to go about getting his dna 🧬, I paid for further Dna testing , so I would believe that the results would of gave me the ideal if I am the father or not the father , not being excluded to unrelated father ,

4/9/21: Hi, Sean, and thanks for testing with us. Regulations require us to use the "excluded" and "non-excluded" language in our reports rather than saying "is" or "is not" the father. If your report says "not excluded" then that means you are considered the biological father (with whatever probability you were given - most likely 99.9% or higher). If a report says "excluded," then that means there is 0% probability you are the father. It sounds like you need a more comprehensive explanation of your reports, and so I am going to ask customer service to reach out to you. I did a prenatal paternity test with DDC. I got the exclusion of the alleged father. I am very worried if the result is correct. Is it possible for a 0% result to be confused? I know the cheek swab is from him, but I'm worried if the sample is contaminated in any way. Is it necessary to do a new test

2/17/21: Thanks for confirming your case privately. Be assured that if a swab were contaminated in any way, our lab would catch it early and ask for new samples without issuing a report. Our prenatal paternity test is the only one accredited by the AABB, the science is sound, and our processes for ensuring accurate results are strict. You can be sure the result is correct for the samples we were provided to test and it is not necessary to test again.

Their customer service is sloppy. I do not know either they just gave wrong information(not knowing their own service policy) or just lied. So, I can't say something good about this company.

I Took A Non invasive prenatal paternity test, I am a little scared, they did reach out to me letting me know that even though I was a little early that, that their was enough fetal DNA for them to test and they assured me that my test was accurate, the test never left my hands until it was delivered, so they assured me that the samples I provided were tested just as good as a legal test being as though I did a non-legal test, they did take some of my stress away, now I just can’t wait to see my son, so I can really have peace of mind, I will keep you guys updated when the baby is born to also relieve some people from unnecessary stress and anxiety and to ensure that my results were true, thank you again for reaching out.

I had to send several emails to get my last results even though I had sent all information with the samples. I did not get the special price for the month I bought the samples. I sent an email to request about it and did not get any reply

Ordered the Non-Invasive Prenatal Paternity Test via another company in my country, but they use DDC’s services for testing since it’s the most credible company that there is for this kind of testing. Got the testing kit quickly, and the process itself was easy. Posted the samples via FedEx and they arrived to the lab quickly. Also got the results faster than expected, and was happy with them. Now I have tried to contact DDC via e-mail with further questions. I am getting unsure about the results and I would like the customer service to review my results again if possible. Waiting for their answer :) Thank you!

10/7/20: Thank you for providing more information privately via Trustpilot. We are not allowed to communicate about test details when the test was ordered through a third party. You are their customer and not ours; our role in your test was to perform the testing on their behalf. You may contact the company you purchased from with inquiries. Our testing is accurate based on the samples received. If you would like a review, please provide the company you purchased from with details about your concern, whether you feel it was a collection issue or something else that would cause you to be unsure about the result. That company would then send us the info to look at the case. Following the case review, the result would be issued to the company to then share with you.
