DDC is the most reliable and accurate testing center I have ever seen, the customer service was excellent and I will recommend friends and family to used there service.

I read this review below... WHY nobody answer???????????????????? Why in some cases you give the prenatal paternity report after ONLY 3 DAYS???? SO FAST? When you write that it takes 5-7 business days?????? and in other cases you delayed??????? Please answer to this review because there are many people that are in the same situation!!!!!! Esmeralda REVIEW: I now have concerns about my result Ive been in alot of pain ever since i got my results stating the child isnt mine, also when we arrived to the center to get our blood drawn they didnt even send the kit. Good thing the center had a extra kit. but yet it does not explain why or how they got these results. I dont understand all these letters and such on my results. Also when we got our blood drawn on the 6th they said it would take 7 to 10 business days. Yet i get the results on the 12th. I dont think they took there time to really test the blood drawn. How can you send the samples so fast in 3 days where there is a weekend. Im concern with all this due to all the current negative reviews about mismatching dna samples or getting swtich. I paid all this money and nothing shows on my results explaining why im excluded. This is very hard for me and alot had say the same thing. I need assurance this test i can really relay on. JL5180

Despite the tough situation in my home country recovering from civil conflict and that of the deadly Ebola outbreak that claimed many lives, I and my wife felt very happy that your great company was able to carry a very successful DNA Testing for our child in Liberia. Overall the service are excellent I’ll defiantly recommend other people. The rep that was helping me was wonderful she explained to me all what I needed to complete my test.

The service that I got from DNA Diagnostics was satsfactory one. The communication that I had with the staff also was a professional. Answering the phone when to call a customer service the waiting was minimal. Therefore, the service overall was great.
