Mis Leading Professional to a point
I like to start by saying the work that was done was good . This is where I have a complaint. When I called in it seem that this company had there act together and was willing to help until they got my money then I could not get them to do anything. it all started with going to give my sample I was told to get a passport picture for my counsular birth abroad dna testing. when I showed up at a and d testing they told me it was not necessary for me to have the pass port picture because they had a camera. I reported this back to DNA center they told me they tell this to every one just in case how ever they are the ones setting the appointment for you "would it hurt to ask at that point if the site had a camera'? this way your customers aren't walking around a photo that will not be used and more importantly saving them 15 extra dollars. the other issue was the mailing of my results the lab just said sign here and here initial here . it was not till I got home that I seen where to send the results. when I called dnacenter they said send them a email and put mail my results too and they will send it to the address for mentioned after one week I call back and they tell me I need to sign the letter . Really ?? after I payed you and you have my info there shame on you DNA Center for being so unprofessional..
