I called Dna Diagnostics because when I called childrens hospital, they said to call DDC. we got our cheek swabs and pictures taken at our appointment and the lady was fine with me and my kids. Your lab was very professional and answered my questions. I got the results back on the day they were supposed to come. It took like a couple days. I wasn’t in a big hurry for any reason but I did get real nervous when I was waiting! The results were what I thought. All was good, easy enough and I trusted the results.

my Review is this i paid in full up front and even paid extra$60 to ship overnight.i got mine 5 day later the other party got theres 8/9 days later.it all got blamed on the mail carrier.to start with the guy we set it up with had it all screwed up how i dont know.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TAKES FOREVER..IM IN MY 2WEEKS LATER AND STILL havent recieved our sample back yet and blames the mail carrier yet again.i will update on this review as ut unfolds. "WERES MY RESULTS???.?IF I HAD IT TO DO ALL OVER I WOULD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR SURE NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!! My goodness I just read that they responded 2 days ago and i wrote this review in 2016 are you serious after this long you FINALLY responded?? That was just what I needed today was a huge laugh I've never seen it take this long for a response what hey give you an A for the response 3 years later lmfao.

I sent my samples overnight and signed up for status updates. They received them on Thursday and I didn't hear anything come Monday so I called. I found out the particular testing I needed cost more so I had to pay the difference. I totally understand that but why don't they call? I've now lost 2 business days of testing and instead of having my results this Thursday (the testing I am looking for takes 5 business days) I now have to wait until next Monday. Had they called me when they realized the issues I would have done my part that day to keep it on track. We provide a phone number when we register...why if they aren't going to use it? Your end of customer service is to assist the customer, not wait for the customer to call!

Sent my swabs off over 15 days ago, still no email saying you all received them, took me 9yrs to get in touch with this man, I need those results... Asap

I'd like to start by saying I happened to have a very nice customer service lady, great experience for that! The results took a little longer than they said they would but it was a mail issue and that was fine. 2 things I personally am upset about is, I paid for this test in march 2016 and got the results, looked at them once and figured OK that's it finally my wondering is put to rest. Then I just decided to try to look at it again just to try to under stand it, and yes its been over 3 months but I should be able to look whenever I want! I paid for it, and they shouldn't dissapear.... I was never informed that if I requested another lab review they can do that (I just read that on a reply to another review) ... Which I may have requested because I want to be 150% sure.. Also I was told by others that since I only did the alleged father, child one it may be incorrect and I would have loved to know that the statistics of accuracy were so much lower when its leaving the mother out because i would have got the kit for all 3 of us ! I'm almost still wondering could the results be inaccurate because I should have been part of the test?

I read all instructions followed steps and got my results in a timely manner. No issues with that until I called to get a better understanding of results. Lady was very unknowled of results and has me wondering if results are leggit. I've been looking at reviews and came across very negative ones related to doubting accuracy of home DNA kits.. Upon reviewing all my options with companies I ended up with DDC Center and it kills me to feel the need of testing over with another company to confirm results. Not too mention a waste of money to test all over.. Not satisfied at all..

My boyfriend passed away (car accident) shortly before I had our baby. He was an organ donor and we were lucky that they had a sample for DDC to use. What was supposed to take a month is taking 3. After I paid for the test, they made a mistake and didn't put the test through. After not hearing anything for over a week I decided to call and that was when they let me know that a mistake had been made. Days later, the results come. They were accurate, but would only send me a copy. I called 2 weeks after the results were supposed to arrive at my house because they still hadn't come. She told me that I could just go online and print the results, but with it being a LEGAL DNA test and I'm using it in court to add my boyfriends name to the birth certificate, I can't use a COPY. She said she understood and she would send me the original results. I get the results a few days later, but ANOTHER COPY was sent to me. So, I call again and the lady I spoke to was so rude. She just kept telling me that they keep the original. It's a legal DNA test. No court system is going to accept a copy of anything. So she "noted" that on my account. What DDC doesn't understand, this is costing me 150$ every week because my son could be collecting death benefits. I'm now worried that they will never send me the original. Which will cost my son his 90,000 in lifetime death benefits. They took the only sample of DNA left from Mason to do the test.

I bought test from Walgreens on Thursday May 26,2016. I did the kit with the alleged father, myself and my 6 month old child the same night, mailed the swabs and money order that Friday. Giving the holiday weekend they received it Tuesday. I was so nervous I mistaken my barcode second panel of info for numbers but the young lady in customer service was extremely helpful and actually helped me realized I mistaken a number for a letter lol. I received an email saying my results will be ready 6-7-2016. So nervous but definitely satisfied with this company so far. Fingers crossed for tomorrow !
