Company was fast in providing product’s and professional customer service. The only negative, Roho incontinence covers do not have openings for the Roho Quadtro cushions i.e. the cushion valve to designate leveling for posture and the air intake valve to inflate and deflate the cushion. Customer could not ascertain specific information from website or product packaging once received.

I was told the caster wheels I ordered would arrive in 4 or 5 days. Ten days went by, no wheels so I called. The Manufacture was out of red wheels. So I ordered blue wheels and 2 weeks later they arrived and that was a month after I was told they will be there in 4 or 5 days. Turns out DME hub after I ordered the wheels ordered from DME hub they ordered the wheel from froglegsinc.com so now I have cut out the middle man (dmehub) and will order directly from frog legs for my wheelchair caster wheels.
