Great customer service and all around great company to purchase from. I live in Virginia and receive my products in 2 days! That is faster than I can receive from a company 35 miles away! Tyler is awesome and extremely helpful!

Do not use this company. Tyler was very unhelpful When I needed a part replaced due to incorrect size mysteriously Tyler said 5 people in the warehouse mysteriously quit??? Yeah right.. I mean why would 5 people quit in this economy and the warehouse is not his but OUTFRONTS. They make Natural FIt hand rims among other things. I highly doubt 5 people quit. None the less due to his assertion I sit here a month later with no clamps Then when I sent back the wrong part ( after not getting a replacement ) Tyler called and said 'they' sent a check to which they said they mailed it that day but when I said I moved he said 'oh well we can change the address,' meaning they lied and had not mailed it. Yes mailed a refund because much like the mysterious warehouse job vacancies they were supposedly and timely updating their credit card services and were unable to put the money back on the card I purchased it on I wish the transaction had gone better but I do not like being lied to and in my opinion that's exactly what my experience was on two occasions for the same purchase. Furthermore I laugh when the more reviews I read and more I look into DME HUB looks to me as though it is one man, Tyler, who has contracts and or agreements with various DME suppliers as everything appears to be drop shipped from the organ of manufacture.. Very interesting

I am clueless when it comes to wheelchair repairs and parts. Tyler from DME Hub was very helpful and got me the parts I needed. I received them in the time frame he told me I would and I couldn't be more pleased!

Was impressed at how quickly I got the arm pads for my wheel chair and they are just as described very nice arm pads soft on the elbows.

I placed my order for wheelchair tires and they were shipped the same day. Most wheelchair users have few choices for wheelchair parts without waiting two weeks or more for delivery. DMEHub.net is a breath of fresh air. Normally, from other companies online or even local stores, ordering parts is very difficult to get a response for critical information. Then the prices, especially at the local stores, are very, very high because the market is small and yet the individual need is off the charts. In other words, what we need is very critical to our daily LIVING, but the customer is not the whole of the population: this means in the business world, price go up and service goes down. DMEHub.net is a breath of fresh air. Their prices are reasonable, if not great. Their email response time is unlike any company with whom I have dealt. Their shipping out is crazy quick.
