Excellent customer service. I ordered side guards for a Top End hand cycle. I believe I spoke with the owner or manager of DME Hub when placing my order. Specific questions about the hand cycle I needed the side guards for were asked to make sure I was getting the correct item. In short, all worked perfectly for me. Thank you, DME Hub!!

I ordered a custom sized camber tube for my TiLite wheelchair, and I received it within a week. Not bad at all, considering that TiLite/Permobil had to build it to my requested specs first. So the folks at DME.net and Permobil both did well. And I really appreciated it because my main wheelchair, a TiLite Areo-R, had been removed from service by my breaking of one of the stainless steel axle nuts.
