I needed parts for my mother's transport chair. I called several companies, all of whom either had answering machines or had me waiting for the next person for over 4 minutes. DMEHUB was referred to me by the manufacturer, who doesn't sell direct. I called and a person actually answered the phone. After verifying the needed part, I gave them my shipping info, and I had the product within the promised time frame. I'll definitely call them again if the need arises.

I received the wheel bearings in a couple of days and the price was better than their competitors. The bearings seem to be high quality.

The Action Pilot cushion I received has a strong moldy toxic odor. This is my third Action Pilot cushion and I don't recall it smelling so strongly. I shudder to think of what comprises the gel inside. The cover says "made in the USA". I am not sure of the actual cushion. I have had it for several days and the odor has not subsided. It is in my better chair which I use when leaving my home. When I enter the room with that chair, the odor from the cushion just hits me hard. I hope it subsides soon.
