VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

The wheel chair cushion I had been using was giving me back pain. I told David what was happening, and that I felt I needed a firmer cushion that did not need air to inflate. He was extremely helpful in researching out various cushions that would meet my needs and then "walked me through websites to view information. He called a supplier to get further input, and then called me back to give me more information to help me make my decision on which cushion to purchase. Now that I have been using the cushion, it is working very well. David was very courteous and very knowledgeable to enable me to purchase the right cushion.

I never heard of the company and took a chance. Glad I did. I dislike ordering from companies I never heard of but it worked out just as they said it would. DME had the lowest price for my product on the internet and at my door before I even expected it. Great job DME !
