The foam in the premium armrest pads that are priced at twice what the run of the mill aftermarket ones are is collapsing after only a week of use. I attempted to contact this vendor about it, got no reply.

Five stars does not do this company justice. DME Hub's Tyler Wright saved me a significant amount of money through his intimate knowledge of TiLite and his willingness to share. Got only the parts I needed for the repair. Other companies quoted for parts I did not require which would have cost me significantly more. I saved additional money on technician call-out fees via Tyler's guidance on how to fit the parts myself, as well as diagnosing other issues my chair had and, more importantly, how to fix them through simple adjustment.
