I was shocked that when I called the President answered the phone. Not only that he was very helpful and took my order! I got the back cover and back foam and they are the prefect size. Very satisfied!

I have used DME for nearly 10 years because they are reliable. Shipping is fast. I recently had an issue where one Schwable marathon tire was not pressed correctly in mold, but it was hard to spot unless you closely looked at it. I sent photos of the defect on the tire and they sent me a replacement within a couple of days.

The guy knows exactly what you need, specially inner tubes, and Tires are very familiar with the product most compatible prices anywhere on the web!!👍😁

There's a person at DME Hub named Dave, and he totally gets what we wheelchair people need. It's not a traditional retail business, unfortunately for Dave. Rather, it's an extremely emotional experience every time the poor man risks picking up the phone. And every time he does, Dave listens, understands, and then solves the problem. From my experience, Dave of DME Hub deserves the first shot at serving all of our disability products needs.
