In June of 2016 I ordered a set of wheel locks from DME Hub.net. In April of 2017 a spring broke in one of them. I called them about a replacement and they said 'no problem, it's under warranty' and I had a brand new wheel lock, in my hands, in less than 48 hours.....and I live on the other side of the U.S. Amazing service!!! Friendly and helpful people!!! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I was told twice by a competitor that DME will have all the parts I need to fit my TiLite wheelchair. The service was beyond what I expected and with the serial no. of my chair DME easily located all parts I needed. Shipping was less than a week.
